At each hotel visit, BoMA will have two identities at the same time:

• As a normal guest like any of your previous visits in the hotel
• As a mystery advisor who evaluates the hotel’s service quality during your stay

Every traveler can start as a Basic BoMA. For Premier or Black BoMA membership, status can only be acquired by means of invitation, referral or recommendation only. A stringent filtering process is in place prior to any membership upgrade.

BoMA membership is free-of-charge and is granted to travelers who can 100% fulfill our membership requirements.
